[php-maint] raising level of bug #820451

Could be possible to raise the level of 820451 from important;
unclassified to Serious; patch available (since the bug report say clearly
what to do) so it would be immediately set available as a security fix ?
Actually it is impossible to install together owncloud and php5-mysqlnd
since installing one remove the other and there is no other way that to
fiddle with status file or repackaginp php5-mysqlnd to have the two
working on the same machine, but of course tainting the update
distribution system.
