[php-maint] please review information about PHP 7.0 added to PHP wiki page

Subscribed, thanks for the hint.

I am eagerly waiting for bikeshed^HDPA, so we can provide those packages
from the official team.

I have https://packages.sury.org/php/, if other people think that
setting up php.debian.net in a way similar to mozilla.debian.net and
host those packages under php.debian.net would be helpful then I will
make the effort.
