[php-maint] No PHP 5.6.31 in Debian Jessie (oldstable) yet?

Greetings,

The update to PHP 5.6.31 includes security fixes for six different
CVE's [1] and I'm curious if that update shouldn't be available for
Debian Jessie?

Did I overlook something which may be a good reason for not packaging
the update or is it just missing?
