[php-maint] Bug#865670: Bug#865670: php7.0-fpm: The timezone Europe/Budapest is not working anymore. Europe/Paris works.

Could you please attach the Budapest file here and then reinstall the 
tzdata package, it seems to me that the file in question is in fact corrupted.

It shouldn't crash though.
