[php-maint] Joining the team for pacakging Movim dependencies

Hi,

I am coordinating the packaging of the Movim[1] pod for Debian with the
Movim upstream developers.

In order to get a clean package for the Movim application, some
dependencies need to be packaged before.

I would like to do so in accordance with the pkg-php policies and the
packaging team to ensure maintainable packages. I am a Debian
Maintainer, with the DD process currently running, and would like to
join the team to coordinate the above task.
