[php-maint] Bug#879249: unable to start from apache2 due to multithread not support

Dear Maintainer,

I had started apache2 with php function but I can't make it.It is
reported from apache's start log that this is because of php's unsupport
of multithread.

Looking forwart to getting solution of this problem.
