I did not saw the 10 popcon reports.
My main reason is to fulfill users current needs; so I will upload it
to my own repo as usual.

I hope it will be uploaded to backports when considered as "old
enough" but I don't see any debian policy about it as long as the
package is maintained after each testing upload IIRC.
