[Pkg-php-pecl] RFS: php-imagick

Hi,

I've uploaded new upstream release of php-imagick on mentors:

Note a cherry-pick patch for php-imagick for Imagick::count() (seen in
upstream failed tests with php >= 5.6.0RC2). I also
remove /etc/php5/conf.d/imagick.ini obsolete file (after moving it in
case the file was changed locally) since the package was changed a few
month ago to use php wrapper to enable/disable extension.

It would be great if any DD or DM in the team could upload them in the
archive (after some review other tests than mine).
