Thanks for your work on PHP

Firstly, PHP licensed code can't have PHP in the name. I'm going to have to kick
this out of NEW for that reason.

Secondly, ${phppear:summary} <-- is in your control. Control can't be modified by
the build process, I think you want a control.in type situation. You might want
to consult the phppear buildsystem documentation
