[Pkg-php-pecl] new package: php-sca-sdo suggested

Dear PECL Team,

I have been using the SCA_SDO module
(https://pecl.php.net/package/SCA_SDO) package for a small web
application (DB-appserver-frontendserver-browser architecture) since
2010 providing the SOAP WS layer between the appserver and the
frontendserver).
The PECL module is quite outdated - does not even build at least since
2011 on Debian. I did a bit of work to make it build on Jessie (and Sid)
and put it into a Debian package (available here:
https://pety.dynu.net/cloudbank_repo/debian_sid_20151025/). It is based
on the original source code (v1.2.4) available on the PECL site and I
added patch files to the Debian source package.

I thought it might be useful to the broader community if they can use
this package for projects needing web services on the PHP platform. (I
know of some people interested in SCA_SDO on the phpsoa at googlegroups.com
list.)
I am not sure if there is a chance to get this package into Debian and
if yes, what would be the best way to accomplish it. (I am not a Debian
Maintainer or anywhere close to that, this is my first attempt to create
a package - doing coding as a hobby.)

So please give me some hints how to make a progress (if I should at all).

Thank you for the help in advance,

Peter Sági
