[Pkg-php-pecl] Clarification on updated packages with updated binary packages

Now that php-xml and php-mbstring are separate packages, I think the
following updates also are needed (at least):

phpunit needs to build-dep and dep on php-xml
php-apigen needs to build-dep and dep on php-mbstring

Is there a way to check for this automatically? I guess I can grep for
API usage...
