[Pkg-php-pecl] Bug#819771: missing php5-imagick on stretch, php-imagick does not support PHP 5

downstream kali-rolling follows Debian testing, it appears there's no
imagick package for php5

On stretch
1) There is no php5-imagick package
dep: php5-common (<< 7.0.0) [not sh4], dep: php5-common (>= 5.1.3) [not sh4]

2) There is a php-imagick package but the description is incorrect
"This extension requires ImageMagick version 6.2.4+ and PHP 5.1.3+."
however dep: php-common (>= 1:7.0+33~)

I wonder why php5-imagick is missing from stretch. Have most PECL
packages been built for php7 on stretch? Thanks
