Package: php-ast
Version: 0.1.2-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer,
Installing php-ast does not actually provide the ast.so file, so the extension
isn't usable.
$ apt-file list php-ast
php-ast: /etc/php/7.0/mods-available/ast.ini
php-ast: /usr/share/doc/php-ast/README.md.gz
php-ast: /usr/share/doc/php-ast/changelog.Debian.gz
php-ast: /usr/share/doc/php-ast/copyright
It should be installing a .so file to /usr/lib/php/20151012/ast.so
presumably.
