[Pkg-php-pecl] xdebug 2.5.5 in stretch-backports

Hello,

The version of xdebug in stable is impacted by this bug which is pretty 
annoying: https://bugs.xdebug.org/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=00001444
Would you be OK about uploading php-xdebug 2.5.5-3 to stretch-backports?

I tried to rebuild the package on Stretch and it seems to work 
correctly: https://mentors.debian.net/package/xdebug
