[Pkg-php-pecl] gRPC extension for PHP

Hi Lior,

Thanks for starting the process for our gRPC extension. I'd like to request
the "protobuf <http://pecl.php.net/package/protobuf>" extension to be
included as well. gRPC goes hand in hand with protobuf as an efficient
binary format. We own the pecl extension for protobuf as well. Please let
us know if you have any questions!
