When you are on bug closing, what do you think about these:

209792 The package description does not follow Debian policy
201696 postgresql-dev: pg_config --bindir reports wrong value
203519 postgresql: quotes (') in comments are not ignored
201718 postgresql-doc: Some files are gzipped, some are not
213277 postgresql: signal 11 on SQL statement

These bugs can IMHO be closed.
