why is ti the RIGHT think that experimental closes bugs? i would
have argues that they need to be in unstable or testing to make a
difference for the release.

so how do we manage changes to unstable (experimental is cvs, i
understand)? send diffs to this mailinglist, including the
changelog entry?

cvs commit way -d LORD
