[Pkg-postgresql-private] pg_hba.conf

Hi,

I just did a fresh install and once again was beaten by an incorrect
pg_hba.conf file. I found that the reason is that the postinst believes
the pg_hba.conf in the package was an old version, at least I now have a
pg_hba.conf.pre7.3 on my machine.

Then it tries to convert that old pg_hba.conf and ends up with a file
that has an "all" to much in each line.

I'm not sure which way the file should be created but it seems that the
check_pg_hba_conf test in the postinst fails. However, before I change
anything I'd like to know what it should test for. Oliver?
