Martin, you sent me an email with the commands for installing into
arch.  I think that is on a local directory at home, because I can't
find it.  Can you send it again and I will upload a replacement for the
current 8.0 archive.

The current position is, the source packages (postgresql-common and
postgresql8.0) build, using a much simnplified debian/rules, and create
the binary packages.  I now need to copy that structure into 7.4
(possibly 7.3, 7.2) and do the installation scripts and control
scripts.  TODO at the top level of the archive describes the things I
have thought of that still need doing.
