[Pkg-postgresql-private] PostgreSQL 7.4.3 now in repository

I'm just uploading 7.4.3 to the arch repository.

I have renamed 7.4.2 to 7.4.3 and added a changelog entry for the new
release.

I would like to get this out quick.  Are there any particular Debian
bugs that can be fixed now?  For example, it looks as though Tom Lane
agrees that the spinlock assembler code should be changed (see
PostgreSQL hackers list) and I think we need to do that to get ia64 to
build.  Is that right?
