[Pkg-postgresql-public] CVS module 7.4 restarted from scratch

Hi!

Since postgresql got an orig.tar.gz now, it was necessary to shift all
files down one directory level. This required to restart the CVS for
7.4 from scratch: the original module 7.4 has been renamed to 7.4old
and the current 7.4 contains the new version.

Thus please don't just do a cvs update, remove your working directory
and check out 7.4.
