As Peter already said, 8.0 is obsolete in Debian. However, if you
really depend on it, feel free to
bzr get http://arch.debian.org/arch/pkg-postgresql/mpitt/8.0/
However, you have to create the orig.tar.gz appropriately yourself
(similar to the 8.1 package).
