How stable is 8.2 running? -- As I have tested 8.1 for around
8 month it was the hell. Nothing was realy working right.

I have upgraded the Hardware for arround 8 month and I have only
performance problems while doing a pg_dump but not in real use
where I have a speed like Google (using tsearch2).

No, only the Database itselfm where the maintable is around
400GByte in size. Using tsearch2 will create indices bigger then
the real database so I exclude them from the pg_dump and rebuild
it after restoring.

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day
