[Pkg-postgresql-public] PostgreSQL extras packaging

I add PostgreSQL-related packages to Debian from time to time, often when work 
requires it.  But then I might later lose interest or don't use the package 
anymore.  I have seen the same happen to others.  Other points are that a 
version control repository to manage all of this would make sense, and that 
some packages by less experienced users need quality control.  Would there be 
interest in a group maintenance effort of PostgreSQL add-ons?  The 
pkg-postgresql project already exists and would seem to be an obvious place.
