I just issued an ITP (#491156).  Now I wonder whether there is a VCS
I could inject my packaging stuff to put the package effectively under
group maintenance.

I guess it is

    svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-postgresql/trunk/

and thus I would like to add postgresql-plr there.  I asked for inclusion
into this group and hope that this is the right thing to do.
