[Pkg-postgresql-public] mini-proposal to pkg-postgresql

Hi,


   My sponsor (otavio) is very busy for to upload my packages, I
thinking if the packages can to be with pkg-postgresql in Maintainer
field (control file) and if maintainer that no debian developer will
can to have packages with sponsor DD of pkg-postgresql and write
mini-guidelines.

   I uploaded svn new version of the my packages (plproxy, pgbouncer and
skytools), case you have agreement. :)
