[Pkg-postgresql-public] postgresql-pllua and postgresql-plproxy

Hi Fike (and pkg-postgresql),

I've noticed the RC bugs on postgresql-pllua and postgresql-plproxy, and
want to fix them.  Is it okay if I do the work in pkg-postgresql?  Or
someone else?

They both need to be built against postgresql-8.4; I looked at doing an NMU
with just enough to get them going against postgresql-8.3, but actually
helping the team seems like a better solution.

(pkg-postgresql: I've submitted a request to join the team on alioth;
username diocles-guest.  I could potentially move postgresql-autodoc into
the team repositories as well, although I tend to prefer to use git.)
