[Pkg-postgresql-public] Problem with pg_upgradecluster

This means that /usr/lib/postgresql/8.4/bin/initdb does not exist. Are
you sure that the "postgresql-8.4" package is properly installed? What
does

  dpkg -s postgresql-8.4

say?
