[Pkg-postgresql-public] RFS: pgfouine (updated package)

Hi all

I'm looking for a sponsor for the new version of [1]pgfouine

pgFouine is a log analyzer for PostgreSQL so i think that someone in the group
could upload/review the package.

Matthew Palmer [2]review it but seems that he hasn't the time to upload it.
