[Pkg-postgresql-public] postgresql-common testsuite loop device problems

When I try the postgresql-common testsuite, it always fails like this:

Could not create and mount loop partition at ./t/030_errors.t line 334.

I saw this even on two different machines.

Does anyone have an idea how to address that?
