[Pkg-postgresql-public] Bug#678858: postgresql-8.4: install fails on ipv6-only system

I'm trying to setup a postgresql server in a jail on a freebsd server with no ipv4 support. The installer crashes when it test for free ports (assuming ipv4 is there).
I guess it also crashes if no networking is enabled at all.

relevant errors during install :

I would expected the installer to install it using ipv6 or at least configure it without networking.
