[Pkg-postgresql-public] Bug#731200: postgres-xc: Please add dependency “Suggests: postgres-xc-doc”

does. Please set a “Suggests: postgres-xc-doc” dependency, so that
administrators choosing to install ‘postgres-xc’ will receive the
suggestion.
