[Pkg-postgresql-public] Bug#699601: postgresql: virtual package postgresql-server missing

Dear Maintainer,
similar to the virtual package mysql-server
there should be a package postgresql-server which always depends on the
latest postgresql release.

There are even packages that already recommend postgresql-server....
