The /usr/bin/pg_dump in postgresql-client-common is just a wrapper.

The actual binary for 9.1 is /usr/lib/postgresql/9.1/bin/pg_dump
and is part of postgresql-client-9.1.

(Determined empirically by looking at one of my sids.)
