[Pkg-postgresql-public] Bug#723847: postgresql-9.3: server - pg_upgradecluster - initdb: --data-checksums ?

I wonder whether --data-checksums / -k can be made the default for
creating new clusters starting with PG 9.3.

If not it'd still be good to capture the rationale for that decision.

I am aware of

	/etc/postgresql-common/createcluster.conf -> initdb_options

and that has worked nicely for me.
