Dear developpers,

I'm having some issues when using postgresql in a live-system.
If I have postgresql in desktop.list.chroot, postgresql seems to create
a test table with iso locale, and not UTF-8. It then fails
installation of airtime which needs UTF-8 table.

" * Checking database for correct encoding
  * Unfortunately your postgresql database has not been created using a 
UTF-8 encoding.
  * As of Airtime 2.1, installs will fail unless the encoding has been 
set to UTF-8. Please verify this is the case
  * and try the install again "

If I install postgresql once booted in live-system, everything works fine.

I filled this bug for live-boot :

They suggest it could be possible to have a hook to force creation UTF-8 
test table during the chroot.
