[Pkg-postgresql-public] Bug#757907: pgadmin: pgadmin doesn't support Sid/Jessie postgresql default version 9.4

Dear Maintainer,

When installing postgresql package in Sid, version 9.4 is installed. But
current pgadmin version (1.18.1-3) doesn't support this version, it supports
8.3 through 9.3 version.

There is a new upstream version (currently 1.20 beta1
http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/pgadmin3/release/v1.20.0-beta1/src/) available.
