pgadmin3 crashes with following error:

07:55:47 PM: Debug: Adding duplicate image handler for 'PNG file'
Segmentation fault

I can reproduce the crash with following steps:
 - start pgadmin3
 - connect to a server
 - select a database
 - right click and select "Maintenance"
