Control: tag 741803 + upstream confirmed

Dear Nick,

hsql-postgresql started to fail to build on Debian because the header
file postgres.h was removed from libpq-dev. According to
https://bugs.debian.org/314427, this is a file that should only be used
for server-side programming and hence was removed from libpq-dev;
clients should only use these header files, it seems:

/usr/include/postgresql/libpq-events.h
/usr/include/postgresql/libpq-fe.h
/usr/include/postgresql/libpq/libpq-fs.h
/usr/include/postgresql/pg_config_ext.h
/usr/include/postgresql/pg_config.h
/usr/include/postgresql/pg_config_manual.h
/usr/include/postgresql/pg_config_os.h
/usr/include/postgresql/postgres_ext.h

Could you look into this issue and possibly release a new version of
hsql-postgresql that uses them?

Thanks,
Joachim
