[Pkg-postgresql-public] RM: postgresql-9.1 and other binaries; RoM; NBS; superseded by postgresql-9.3

For Jessie we only want to support PostgreSQL 9.3 The postgresql-9.1
source now only builds the postgresql-plperl-9.1 binary which we need
for upgrades: Wheezy's postgresql-plperl-9.1 doesn't work on Jessie
after an upgrade as libperl5.14 and libperl5.18 are not
co-installable.

Thus, please remove all of its binaries except postgresql-plperl-9.1,
i. e.:

postgresql-9.1 postgresql-9.1-dbg postgresql-client-9.1 postgresql-contrib-9.1 postgresql-doc-9.1 postgresql-plpython-9.1 postgresql-plpython3-9.1 postgresql-pltcl-9.1 postgresql-server-dev-9.1

This ought to make http://packages.qa.debian.org/p/postgresql-9.1.html
propagate to testing at last. The transition

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?tag=migration-93;users=pkg-postgresql-public@lists.alioth.debian.org

is sufficiently done now, the Suggests: don't break installability and
the two remaining reverse depends (pgtap and postgresql-filedump) got
removed from testing.
