Oh, you need at least postgresql-common 161 to contain the Multi-Arch
changes. You can pull it from trusty-pgdg-testing. We'll properly
integrate it in trusty-pgdg with the next round of minor releases.
(People tend to yell at me when I update postgresql-common on apt.pg.o
without any "apparent" reason.)
