[Pkg-postgresql-public] Bug#788553: Acknowledgement (phppgadmin: README.Debian says wrong filename)

I found the file to edit is /etc/apache2/conf-available/phppgadmin.conf.
There I modifile like so:

diff -r1.1 ./phppgadmin.conf
9c9,10
< Require local
---
> #Remote access tarvitaan, kokeilen kommentoida pois. Taleman 2015-06-12
> #Require local

That is, commented out the line #Require local

After restarting apache2 I could access phppgadmin remotely.
