[Pkg-postgresql-public] Maintaining an other package about postgresql

for the moment, I have build an application that create a binary debian file

but in fact as this app is in haskell and I'v choosed to build it via
stackage, I'm not sure the libraries in use are supported by debian
community

thanks for sponsoring, I'll work on my app to create binary and source
debian packages
