Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
In postgresql-9.2 and forward the default timezone is no longer the system timezone but GMT instead. The configuration file
still says the default is system time.
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.4/static/runtime-config-client.html#GUC-TIMEZONE
This is still in the postgresql.conf
timezone = '(defaults to server environment setting)'
#timezone_abbreviations = 'Default' # Select the set of available time zone
# abbreviations. Currently, there are
# Default
# Australia
# India
# You can create your own file in
# share/timezonesets/.
