Fwiw, the real bug is in Linux, which manifests because the buildds
are using a jessie kernel:
#797530: 32bit pie memory layout leaves only ~100MB between heap and stack.

We'll work around it in PostgreSQL by explicitly disabling PIE on
32bit. (The previous workaround was to not enable it there, but the
default has changed.)

I'd prefer a proper fix in the kernel, though.
