[Pkg-postgresql-public] Bug#856316: postgresql-common: /lib/systemd/system-generators/postgresql-generator does not allow to fully override service in /etc/systemd/system

Dear Maintainer,

I tried to override the `postgresql at .service` by copying it from
`/lib/systemd/system/` to `/etc/systemd/system` but the generator script
uses the package's unit file as an hardcoded value.

11 pgservice="/lib/systemd/system/postgresql at .service"
```

Creating an `override.conf` in
`/etc/systemd/system/postgresql at .service.d` should work but does not
allow to fully override the unit configuration.

This is also present in the latest version of postgresql-common (179):
