[Pkg-postgresql-public] Bug#911391: postgresql-11: /usr/share/doc/postgresql-11/README.Debian.gz not updated again

/usr/share/doc/postgresql-11/README.Debian.gz still contains:


Then drop the default 10 cluster that was just created:

  pg_dropcluster 10 main --stop

And then upgrade the 9.6 cluster to the latest installed version (e. g. 10):

  pg_upgradecluster 9.6 main


This was right for the 9.6 → 10 upgrade. For users who have just
got the 11 release, this will cause data loss because it deletes
the productive 10 cluster first, then attempts to upgrade from a
no longer extant 9.6 cluster to an already extant 11 cluster.

Please do keep this updated for each release (IIRC I reported it
some releases earlier already) to avoid copy/paste-caused data loss.
