Hm, I already migrated the collab-maint repository into the pkg-protobuf
Alioth group. Here it is:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-protobuf/protobuf.git/
That should have the hooks set up and members of the pkg-protobuf group
on Alioth can write to it.
Probably we can delete the pkg-protobuf/pkg-protobuf.git repository, and
either update Alioth to point to pkg-protobuf/protobuf.git (or rename
protobuf.git to pkg-protobuf.git). I think the "pkg-" prefix is a
little bit redundant, so I prefer "protobuf.git" to "pkg-protobuf.git",
personally.
collab-maint/protobuf.git should probably just be deleted.
