[Pkg-protobuf-devel] Bug#795841: 3.0.0~beta3.3

Hi protobuf team,

Upstream says 3.0.0~beta3.4 is going to be the last beta release while
final release of 3.0.0 is planned for end of July.  This year!  ;)

I've committed some updates to "experimental" branch at old collab-maint
repository [1]. Hopefully it would help to upload new beta. Please review.

google-mock still needs more work to fix tests but package already builds
with

    DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck

For now I'm leaving it with you as I don't have time to continue working on
it today.
