hey guys,

let me know if there's anything i can do that can make this happen. it's 
a very easy patch to review, the python3-protobuf definition mirrors the 
python-protobuf stuff, so it's very easy to check.

appreciate if anyone could spare the 2 minutes or so to merge and upload.

in other news, upstream merged the patch i made to the tests.
